Delivery & Return policy

Delivery

Packages are delivered by Sameday Courier.

No orders are dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery information is sent automatically by email (using the contact details you provided when placing your order). On the morning of delivery, you will receive an SMS with the phone number of your Sameday agent. Please keep in touch by phone for good timing.

We can also deliver to Easybox lockers (nationwide Sameday service) - delivery to Easybox lockers requires payment by card at pick-up or online payment by card at checkout. On days with a very high number of orders, delivery to Easybox may be 1-2 days later than standard delivery.

Standard courier

For payment by card (online) or payment by PO (payment order), packaging and delivery costs are:

- 0 ron - for orders over 500 ron

- 15 ron - for orders between 0 and 500 ron

For cash on delivery, payment is made exclusively in cash.

Delivery to Easybox

Easybox option requires payment by card (at checkout or at easybox)

- 0 ron - for orders with a total value of products over 500 ron

- 15 ron/package - for orders with total value of products less than 500 ron

Costs are valid for all areas in Romania.

Delivery time is 1-3 working days, except in special situations (bad weather conditions, busy periods - Black Friday or holidays, 1-8 March) when delivery times may be longer. You can find updated delivery time estimates on the website.

Depending on the time they are placed, Friday orders may be delivered on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

 

Return & cancellation

According to the Romanian legislation (regulated by GEO 34/2014) you can return purchased products ONLINE and delivered by courier within 14 calendar days of purchase.

The return costs will be borne entirely by SMARTLINK RETAIL SRL.

If you wish to return a product or cancel an order, please send us a complete e-mail to [email protected] with the order number, name, surname, order date and, if applicable, the bank account (IBAN) to which you wish the money to be returned. We will reply to you by e-mail or telephone within a maximum of 3 working days with return instructions and within a maximum of 24 hours with confirmation of the cancellation of your order.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of the request for return.

To be able to return a product, please note the following: the product must be undamaged and free of traces of use.

If the returned product is damaged, has clear signs of use and cannot be sold as a new product, we reserve the right to refuse the product and at the customer's option we will reship the product at the customer's expense.

- This GEO 34/2014 regulates consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals
