We consider ensuring the right to personal data protection as a fundamental commitment of the Real easeWe will therefore devote all necessary resources and efforts to process your data in full compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR"), as well as any other applicable legislation in Romania. What categories of personal data we process

How we protect the security of your personal data

We are committed to ensuring the security of personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with industry standards.

The transmission of your personal data is done using state-of-the-art encryption algorithms and stored on secure servers, while ensuring data redundancy.

We use the services of payment processor Netopia to make payments. All payment information is encrypted using HTTPS technology with TSL 1.2 encryption.

- to establish, exercise or defend a right in court.

There are certain other circumstances in which we are not obliged to comply with your request for deletion of data, although these are the two most likely circumstances in which we would refuse your request

Please note that before exercising this right, download from your account Real ease and save all your order documents from Real easeIf you do not do this before exercising your right to erasure, you will lose all these documents and you will not be able to use them again. Real ease will be unable to make them available to you, as appropriate, because the process of deleting the data, i.e. the account Real ease, with all its related data and documents, is an irreversible process.

Restriction of processing

You can ask us to restrict the processing of personal data, but only if:

- their accuracy is disputed (see the rectification section) to allow us to verify their accuracy; or

- the processing is unlawful but you do not want the data to be deleted; or
